- 8 ozMushrooms sliced (crimini or shitake)
- 1Lime, juiced
- 2Baby bok choy, chopped
- ½ tspSalt
- ½ cupShelled edamame
- 1 tspSesame seeds, optional
- 26 minute eggs, optional
Rigatoni with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lbRigatoni pasta
- 4 tbspButter
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 1 lbMushrooms (crimini, baby bella), 1/4 inch sliced
- 4Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cupDry white wine, (sauvignon blanc)
- 1 cupChicken stock (or veggie or beef)
- 1 cupHeavy cream
- ¼ cupChives, minced
- 2 tbspParsley, minced
- ¼ cupParmesan cheese, freshly grated

Wine Braised Beef with Mushrooms

- 1Medium sized onion, finely diced
